Sleepy Mama provides a complimentary 15-minute phone consult for everyone who contacts us and is interested in learning more. If you decide to work with us we will have you fill out a few detailed questionnaires and then choose from one of the packages below.
There are special half-night sleep support packages available upon request starting at $1500. Ask us more during the initial phone consultation!
in-home consultation
Sleepy Mama will travel to your home to learn more about your individual sleep issue. This hour-long consultation will review your questionnaires and discuss your situation in more detail. We will also take a look at your child’s sleep environment within the home. Finally, we will begin discussing a course of action for you to start implementing immediately. You will then receive a detailed sleep plan within 48-72 hours. Twins are an additional charge.
virtual consultation
Sleepy Mama will setup a virtual consultation (Zoom, FaceTime or Phone) where we will go through your questionnaires and discuss the sleep issues your family is facing. This meeting may take up to one hour, by the end of which we will start to formulate a plan that fits your needs. You will receive a written sleep plan within 48-72 hours. Twins are an additional cost.

Similar to the Virtual Consultation above, Sleepy Mama will setup a time to speak with you on the phone and send you the sleep questionnaires to fill out. During the one-hour phone conversation we will discuss your sleep issues and a plan of action for you to carry out. We will then email you a summary of our discussion so that you can begin making changes immediately. This package does not include a detailed sleep plan and only applies to certain families which will be determined during our initial 15-minute phone call.

Sleep Call
Do you need a few questions answered? Are you just looking for some help weeding out information from all of the conflicting advice online? This package includes a 30 minute call where you can ask specific questions that you may not be able to find answers for elsewhere.
Postpartum Doula Support
Sleepy Mama will come to your home and provide in-home support throughout the first few months of your baby’s life. As a Doula, I will help educate you in infant care (sleeping, feeding, etc.) and also provide support for you to care for yourself. I will also help in light housekeeping and meal preparation in addition to helping with your new baby. Sometimes you may just need someone to let you rest and recover in those first weeks at home. Do you have an older child and just needs some extra hands? Daytime support may be what you are looking for. Daytime packages are booked in 4-5 hour shifts with a 25-hour package minimum (typically 2-3 weeks worth of support).
Overnight Doula Support
Sleepy Mama will spend the night in your home to help provide much needed relief during those first few weeks. Blocked in 10hr shifts, I will come to your home at 8:00pm and check in with you and make sure that all supplies are in order for the overnight feeds or diaper changes. Based on how you are choosing to feed your child, I will then bring the baby to you for overnight feeds or feed them in their room, and take care of the burping, diaper changes, and comforting that comes after the feed. I will make sure that all supplies are clean and ready for you when I leave in the morning at 6:00am. I offer 1-2 overnights per week based on our total contract arrangement.
